SIAM YOGA

In our fast paced busy lives, we don't often take time to slow down, rest and rejuvenate.  If you are looking for relaxation for the mind and body, to rejuvenate stiff or overused muscles, to slow the busy mind, this class is for you.  While focusing on stretching muscles of the legs and hips, lower back release and chest opening, you will bring balance to over trained muscles as well as muscles which are stiff and tight from sitting.  Using a variety of standing, seated and reclined poses, movement is linked with breath allowing energy to flow and providing relaxation for the busy mind.  This gentle class is for anyone - no experience necessary.
